Coached by TaG Cycling's group of talented coaches. All who have "been there" and competed for thousands of hours in various disciplines, road,track,mtb,bmx and triathlon. There are str workouts for strength,circuits,short punchy efforts,high end ,cadence efficiency,skills, and long FTP efforts.All the workouts follow and refer to maximum aerobic power ranges. There is an explanation of our terminology in the Intro Channel as well as ride along assessments. Each 30 mins starts with a short warmup then into the main set. Efficient and quality. The Triple Threat is a challenge TaG created to combine 3 "events" focus to test your limits. The events test Speed, Climbing and Endurance. All levels include a 3km time trial testing pure ability in a speed event.. Riders can choose a level of difficulty in distance and in climbing meters. The SHORT SPEED challenge is like a prologue to the challenge. A fun way to adjust focus to specific elements in cycling GO FAST! HAVE FUN!
Rollers are a training tool that may seem intimidating at first. This series is about introducing how to get your self started and gradually bring in new skills. A simple set of rollers enables a real feel ride whilst learning skills and savvy on the bike. A warmup tool..a whole ride..a skills session.pack riding development. If you watch track events you will see the riders on this device between events. Most sets are foldable..your bike is just put on them with no adjustments or calibrations. Lets see how you Roll!
